    Commonly Asked Questions

    I know an organization that could use your soap. Can you reach out to them? Unfortunately, as a small business, we do not have the resources to spend much time distributing free product donations or making inquiries. We set aside donations in our manufacturing process, and organizations pick them up as needed. Please forward this information to the organization in question, and they can call or stop by to pick it up. We often supply suggested organizations with donations already, or they need someone to volunteer to pick them up!

    How do I receive soap for my organization? We constantly produce soap and other skincare products and set aside all leftovers, scraps, and products that may not meet quality control standards (too small, cut crooked, etc.). As such, we have a revolving supply of product to donate and request that organizations call or stop by to inquire about availability. (It is rare that we do not have donations available! If we are out, we'll have more donations available shortly.) Please do not email or message us on social media.

    Organizations must have someone to drop off a filled-out donation form (if one is not on file) and pick up the soap donation. We do not offer delivery, drop-point coordination, meet-ups, or other transportation. 

    Occasionally, we will have an overflow of products and may call on the community to assist in dispersing them. We still ask that organizations call or stop by to pick up donations and that community members coordinate with the organization. Please do not assume there is a need within an organization without checking, as we supply many local organizations regularly.

    What kind of products are available for donation? Donation products vary as we manufacture private and custom-label items for companies nationwide. Donation boxes can contain various types and scents of soap, deodorant, shampoo bars, etc. We do not separate, sort, or categorize donation products - donation boxes are mixed. 

    What are your hours and location? We always keep our Google Business Listing and website footer accurate and up to date.
